Group Sustainability Governance Structure
The Group Sustainability Subcommittee has been established within the Group Management Committee. At the management level, the subcommittee discusses the formulation of Group policies and targets, the review of the status of initiatives at each company, and revisions to targets. Final decisions on Group policies and targets are made by the Board of Directors of SEGA SAMMY HOLDINGS.
The main functions of key organizations are as follows.

- Formulation of the Group sustainability plan, recommendations for revisions
- Setting of Group targets, progress monitoring
- Evaluation of initiatives by Group companies, provision of recommendations and advice

- Establishment of internal project implementation organizations
- Formulation and implementation of sustainability plans
- Reflection of plans in business strategies
